Andrea is co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at Sharelock. He is responsible for the company platform and Al strategy. Before this, Andrea served as Senior Architect at Crossideas, driving critical innovations in the Crossideas Identity Governance platform. As a Roman heritage citizen, he has a passion for agile wine-tasting techniques when cycling around the beautiful countryside surrounding Rome.
Giuseppe is co-founder and Chief Data Officer. He’s in charge of the Sharelock data model. He was previously overseeing the Identity Data model at Crossideas. Giuseppe, born and raised in the capital of ‘Mozzarella di Bufala’ (Battipaglia, near Naples), is the official provider of this vital ingredient for any company parties.
Gianluca is co-founder and Chief Architect. He’s responsible for the overall Sharelock development framework, ensuring that our developers accomplish their work in the fastest and smartest possible way. Thanks to his mathematical background and teaching activities, he’s frequently addressed by his peers and friends as ‘Signor Professore’ during his hilarious anecdotes.
Andrea Rossi is a Senior Cybersecurity and Identity Management executive. His operating experience includes start-ups as well as large, multi-national corporations as a result of successful company exits. As co-founder of CrossIdeas, he led a team that quickly rose to be a recognized industry leader, resulting in a successful acquisition by the IBM Corporation in 2014. Mr. Rossi is also an active mentor with ‘Lead the future’, an Italian non-profit organization, mentoring Italian STEM students to achieve international excellence. Andrea is on a perennial weight-loss attempt, with a utopian ambition to climb epic peaks as part of his cycling passion.
Giulio is a Senior Machine Learning Scientist at Sharelock. He has got his master’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Florence in 2016 before undertaking a three years P.h.D. course in Optimization and Operation Research. In the following years, he traveled through Canada, France, and the UK to meet the international scientific community and become impassioned with AI and Deep Learning. He likes cooking, sports, and traveling. But who doesn’t?
Daniele is Solv’s CTO and co-founder at SOLV, a U.S. Digital Healthcare player providing convenient healthcare for everyone, and allowing you to book same-day doctor’s appointments and urgent care visits. Prior to Solv, Daniele served as CTO at Trulia, Inc., where he led engineering and operations, from under 20 employees through Trulia’s $2.5B acquisition by Zillow in 2015. He has also served in executive roles for Shopping.com, the internet price comparison site, acquired by eBay in 2005, and Looksmart and held technical leadership positions in finance and enterprise software companies across Europe and the U.S. Daniele holds a Laurea degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Bologna, Italy.
Stefano Mele is a Partner in Carnelutti Law Firm, where he leads the Technology, Privacy, and Cybersecurity Legal Department. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Foggia. He is an Academic Fellow of Cybersecurity at the Department of Law of the Bocconi University and the Teaching Assistant of Legal Informatics at the Department of Law of the University of Milan. He is a member of the Governing Board and President of the “Cybersecurity Commission” of the Italian Atlantic Committee, President of the “Cyber Security Working Group” of the American Chamber of Commerce in Italy. In 2014, he was included in NATO’s list of Key Opinion Leaders for Cyberspace Security, and, in the same year, the business magazine Forbes listed Stefano as one of the World’s best 20 Cyber Policy Experts to follow online.
Felix Opolka is a PhD student in computer science at the University of Cambridge (UK), researching machine learning techniques for network data and graph. He has interned at multiple companies in this field, most recently at Twitter on graph anomaly detection. Felix graduated from the University of Cambridge with an MPhil in Advanced Computer Science on a scholarship by the German Academic Scholarship Foundation. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Informatics from the Technical University of Munich, awarded with high distinction. Felix has published multiple academic papers on graph machine learning and presented his work at international conferences.
Andrea Zaccaria is a researcher at the Institute for Complex Systems (ISC)-CNR. Author of more than 30 papers published in peer-reviewed journals, he participated in more than 20 international conferences, including eight invited talks. He won the Best Paper Award at NetSci18, the main conference on Network Science. He received his PhD in Physics at the “Sapienza” University of Rome, where he applied concepts and methods borrowed from Statistical Physics and the Physics of Complex Systems to the study of financial markets. His present work at ISC focuses on Economic Complexity, and this activity led Andrea to the appointment as a consultant at the International Finance Corporation, World Bank Group.
